We did purchase the Mydac version 5.80.0.47 for MySQL running in Delphi 2009. Not long ago, it seemed every thing was running well until 2 days ago, we started to get 0 record found after posting for some records. We were albe to read and write records using RazorSQL without any problem and it is not so when we run delphi 2009 program. we found 2 records which did not behave as normal for it could not be updated. We do not know if the records were corrupted or other reasons.

Please describe in more details what is the problem, or try to compose a small sample to demonstrate the problem and send it to dmitryg*devart*com.

We have converted DBIV data base files to MySQL and have updated the old program from Delphi 5 to Delphi2009 PHEW it was a challenge.
Have had it running for a few days but now have a couple of records that we cannot write to. Using Razor we can edit the MySQL data base for a particular set of data but the program throws up an error 0 records found.
We cannot get past this we have put in flags and messages all of which report 1 record found yet it still flags 0 records.
Our main thought was that DBIV has null entries in fields when converted so we have set about to change them to Blank or a number to get past the issue yet it still appears and we had alot of trouble changing the records some which are dates we cannot change. We wrote a program to run through the 45,000 records to update them to 0 and blanks etc this worked OK.
We see from the web site you have addressed an issue relating to Null and Blamk entries and wondered if this was a fix for this kind of problem.
So we have downloaded the new version but on install it is a 60 day trial version again. So the question without sounding dumb was how to update from the version we just paid for to the new one without buying the whole thing again. We can see no update button for Mydac anywhere in Delphi or anywhere else.
Can you please explian how to do this.
You have many versions running so if you have a bug fix how do you update to a new veriosn??????

When you buy MyDAC you receive a Registration mail, there is a link, username and password for Registered Users' Area. You should download the new version and reinstall MyDAC.
