Hi,

I bought a new license/1 year subscription, and I have not gotten any email from devart since I bought it. ShareIt has sent me email confirmation that my card has been charged. I have emailed [email protected] multiple times, even from different email addresses, but I get absolutely no response. Whom can I email, or what can I do?

My ShareIt Order number is: 260480945, and I ordered it on March 6th.

When I subscripted when suffered the same problem.
It turned out that my online protection was stripping out the emails from Devart so I set myself up a gmail account and had the necessary sent to that account but I would have thought devart could have suggested this to you

Thanks everyone and Devart.

I got an email finally in my gmail account with my license. According the the email headers, devart had sent it to me on March 10, only 4 days after purchase.

I had received several emails from them before - as I have purchased multiple connections - at my other address, don't quite know why I can't receive from them anymore at my usual addy.
