C++Builder 2009 professional support?

I am going to purchase C++Builder 2009 professional. However, the professional version seems to be limited to local database connections (Interbase, Blackfish, MySQL).

As I understand your MyDAC- (and other) components, they provide for a direct database access:
Will it be possible to access MySQL-servers over the internet using the combination MyDAC & C++Builder 2009 professional? Or will I have to purchase C++Builder 2009 enterprise?

MyDAC components will provide access to MySQL server on remote machine even if you use C++Builder 2009 Professional.
