HotTracking Suggestion

Is it possible to add a 'HotTracking' feature into the TCRDBGrid component. By 'HotTracking' I mean have the viewed data automatically scroll as I move the thumb tracker.
The TCRDBGrid component is no more developed. It is unlikely that there will be new features added in it.
All non-trial installation of SDAC include source code of TCRDBGrid. You can modify it to implement this feature.
