Newbie question

Please forgive me if this is not the right place for this question

I have been given the assignment of writing a utility that can take >200 Paradox files/tables and export the content to one MySQL table.
I have the Paradox files listed OK and I have a loop that loops them and I also have the connection to MySQL OK, but the transfer is not running.

Are there any samples of code that might help me or can someone help me.
