Hi, i have an application that uses the dbmonitor, but the last month it sent me a message that the version was out of date, and i donwloaded the last dbmonitor build, now yesterday i got this message

"Access violation at address 022280BD in module 'DBMONI~1.DLL'. Write of address 04180000."

so my first question is what do i have to do to solve this issue?
and the second is, what can i do to avoid this monthly upgrade?, i mean i don't want my customers to be forced to do the upgrade.

the dll version of the dbmonitor is 2.0.9 and the exe is 2.10

thanks.

Please specify what version of MyDAC do you use, and under what operating system did you get the 'out of date' message.

Thanks

also about the version, i have already bought the upgrade but i haven't heard from you and haven't received the link to download the new version.

i have already sent an e-mail to [email protected] and havent received any response.

could you help me to findout if there is any problem with the delivering or the payment? or why i havent received the new licence?

We release new builds of DBMonitor pretty seldom, and it is not obligatory to always use the last builds of it.
Has the problem with 'out of date' gone after installing the new version of DBMonitor?
Under what account is the problem reproduced (limited account / administrator's account / both)?
Can you reproduce this problem using the last trial build of MyDAC? It is MyDAC 5.10.0.10.

It works
