Missing file after Upgrade to Data Access Components for MySQL 7.2.7

I can't start C++ Builder XE2 after Upgrade to Data Access Components for MySQL 7.2.7. I get an error it's called "The Program cannot start because fmx163.bpl is missing. Reinstall the application to resolve this problem.

I can not find this file on my computer.

I Have RAD Studio XE2 Update 4 with Hotfix.

Can you help me?

The point is that the latest MyDAC version 7.2.7 requires RAD Studio XE2 Update 4 Hotfix 1. To solve the problem, you should install RAD Studio XE2 Update 4 Hotfix 1 (RAD Studio XE2 Build 16.0.4504.48759).
