MyDAC and IPv6

Is MyDAC able to connect to a MySQL proxy running on a IPv6 address ?

Hello,

We didn't test MyDAC with IPv6. But we will add support for IPv6 when it becomes more popular.

Hello,

Any fresh news about IPV6 support with MyDAC ?

I tried and I add the following error :
Can't connect to MySQL server on 'xxxx::xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx' (10061) Socket error on connect. WSAGetLastError return 11004($2AFC)

For the time being MyDAC doesn't support IPv6. You can leave your suggestion at our UserVoice page ( http://devart.uservoice.com/forums/1046 ... components ), and if many users vote for your suggestion, we will implement it.
