Long Strings Problem - #5.20.1.15 - Delphi7

When working with long strings (I noticed it with some strings longer than 20.000 chars) there's an AV, and application closes.
I saw it with MediumText fields.
Prevoius versions (also the #5.20.1.14) does not seem to be affected.

We could not reproduce the problem.
Please send a complete sample to dmitryg*crlab*com to demonstrate it, including a script to create and fill table.
