Is MyDump.hpp not distributed with 5.10?!?

I recently purchased MyDac 5.10 for Delphi 2006. The code I'm working with uses MyDump.hpp, which exists in the *trial* version of MyDac 2006 but not the *purchased* version! Where did it go? If it's been deprecated, what can I use as an alternative?

Please specify, what edition of SDAC did you purchase.
