Fix DCC_DebugInformation-Setting in dproj-files

I got a error when i try to compiling with Delphi 10 Seatle and msbuild the file dclmydac230.dproj.

Thank you for the information. We have reproduced and fixed the issue. The fix will be included in the next MyDAC build.
