SSIS Connector License Error Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) Subscription Expired (But Isn't)

Post by mAgrollman » Fri 26 Jul 2019 17:10

We have been using the SSIS Connector for Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) for over a year, on SQL 2012. We built a new SQL 2017 server in June, and moved Production to that. We also in May renewed our subscription so we should be good on fees. We copied the files from old server the C:\ProgramData\Devart\SSIS Data Flow\License to the new 2017 new server. Ran for a month. But today we started getting an error when running on otherwise working job to the effect "Devart SSIS Component Data Flow Connector for Exact Target Subscription was Expired. You can use Devart versions released before 5/11/2019."

Can someone point me to the steps on this new server we must be leaving out to get our license back to working again? Since we are down this is kind of urgent.

Thanks!

After renewing the subscription, your activation key (available via Devart Account) should be updated. On the development computer with Visual Studio, enter the new activation key via the License Info dialog of Devart Salesforce Connection Manager Editor. This will generate the new C:\ProgramData\Devart\SSIS Data Flow\License\SSISExactTarget.lic. Copy it to the production.
