How to apply SSIS Data Flow Components for Salesforce Standard license to non-development server

Post by FFONTES » Wed 14 Feb 2018 18:19

Hi, We have a developer license for the SSIS Data Flow Components for Salesforce Standard license. As we finish our development we will need to deploy the SSIS packages to different environments ( test , UAT and Production ).
The servers on those non-development environments don’t have Visual Studio and I understand there is no server license for this product. Thus, I want to understand the procedure to enter/apply license on those non-development servers.
Thanks in advance

If SQL Server Data Tools is not installed on the deployment computer, or there may be no access to it, then you can add the license key in the following way:
1. Install SSIS Data Flow Components on the deployment computer.
2. When you install SSIS Data Flow Components, it adds the License folder. By default, this is the C:\ProgramData\Devart\SSIS Data Flow\License folder. Copy the SSISSalesforce.lic file from this folder on the development computer to this folder on the deployment computer.
