BDS2006 C++ Help Question

After installing 4.0 professional, Doc folder contains files below. When I try to open any, I get an error message saying "microsoft help file...", etc. How do I open this type of help file?

I'm using Windows 2000 Pro.

I see now that the help is automatically installed in BDS2006. Is it also possible to open the help file separately?

SDAC help is integrated in the BDS 2006 help system, you can not run it separately.
