How do I open Help file in V4?

In Doc folder there is Sdac.hxs file. Which program opens it?

File with extension HxS in the "Doc" folder is the compiled Help file that make up a Help collection.
During SDAC installation it is registered on an end user's computer.
After registration, you can access the help file using a URL with the ms-help protocol from the Microsoft Help system.
