CoreLab products - only one database access per machine?

I initially downloaded and successfully installed the trial version of the Delphi7 version of the Interbase/Firebird drivers - the version number is IBDAC 1.10.0.11 - late last week.

This morning I downloaded the trial version of the Delphi7 version of the MSSQL drivers - version 3.80.0.33. On attempting to install these there was a warning/error message - "Setup has detected already installed DAC packages which are incompatible with the current version. Do you wish to continue installation and replace it?".

Does this mean that you need separate machines to be able to access different types of databases (MSSQL, Firebird, Oracle etc)? What is happening here?
Cheers,
John

Product compatibility is provided for current build only.
In other words, if you upgrade either of the installed products, it may conflict with older builds of another ones.
In order to continue using the products simultaneously you should upgrade all of them at the same time.
So, SDAC 3.80.0.33 will work with IBDAC 1.10.0.12. Download the latest version of IBDAC (1.10.0.12).
