TClntDataSet with TMSQuery

When I run my application which is using SDAC 3.0 in a computer where sdac is installed the queries return all rows but when I run in a computer without SDAC the queries return very few rows.
Is there a file I am supposed to copy into the machine I am running my application?
Help pls.

Probably, you should update MDAC (http://www.microsoft.com/data) But, most likely, the problem is in some different settings of TMSConnection at these PCs.
