after autogenerating SQL in MSQuery editor, params/values are replaced by "?"
e.g.:
INSERT INTO [dbo].[CRGRID_TEST]
([Id], [Name], [Country], [City], [Street], [BirthDate], [Job], [Hiredate], [Sal], [Remarks])
VALUES
(?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)
