I can use odas and sdac in order to develop applications without conflicts?

Yes, but you need to use compatible SDAC and ODAC versions. So if you upgrade one of them you have to update another also.

I have ODAC 510 net ... is SDAC compatible?

We released 5 different builds of ODAC 5.10 and all of them are compatible with different SDAC builds. The easiest way is to download the last builds of ODAC and SDAC. They are compatible.
