MSStoredProc Editor System Checkbox

In the MSStoredProc Editor there is a System checkbox to the right of the Stored Procedure name. It seem checked by default and if I uncheck it and click OK it will be checked when I reopen the editor. I can find no reference to it in the properties or the Help. What is it for and what does it affect?

The System checkbox is used to show system procedures in the StoredProc Name listbox. If the System checkbox is checked, the StoredProc Name listbox shows all stored procedures, system and user-defined. If the System checkbox is unchecked, the StoredProc Name listbox shows user-defined stored procedures only.
