Is it possible to use SDAC with SQL 2012?

Hello, we have customers who are wanting to upgrade to SQL 2012. Has anyone had any experience using SQL 2012 with the SDAC components. We are on Delphi 6 with SDAC version 6.1.4. Is not having SQL Server Native Client 11 the only issue? Is there any ETA on when the next release might have that? Thanks for your help!

Hello,

You can use SDAC with SQL Server 2012. For the time being SDAC doesn't support SQL Server Native Client 11, to work with SQL Server 2012 SDAC uses OLEDB. We plan to release SDAC with SQL Server Native Client 11 support approximately in a month.

Yes, in this version SDAC 6.2.7 already supports SQL Server Native Client 11
