Application crash under win98

Hi,
I have problem.
I wrote an application in Delphi 2005 and MSSQL sdac component.
It work fine under win2000 and winXP, but when i run it under win98 application crash at start. Does exist some solution.

Try to compile Picture Demo. Does it crash under Win98? It crashes on start or on connect?
