Hi,
could be other had just asked this but I cannot find it in this forum: can I use SDAC to access a MSSQL-Database on the cloud (SQL Azure)?

Hello,

SQL Azure is compatible with SQL Server. SDAC works with Microsoft SQL Azure in the same way as with SQL Server. You can try using SDAC to work with SQL Azure.
