AV when opening new query since build .57

SDAC works fine for me up to release .56
If I open a new query (with others already open) in some of my programs I will get an AV error.
This is true for build .57, .58 and .59
I see in the release notes that an AV problem has been fixed going from .56 to .57, I think that fix causes the new AV problems.
Can I send anything to show the error. It happens the moment I execute a new query, a sample is hard to give because it happens only in a few of my programs when they are already very busy opening multiple query's.
(I've ordered the source in the hope that then I can pinpoint where the AV error comes from, the current AV is very hard to pinpoint although I use Eurekalog as well.)
(Working with Delphi 2010 BTW)
