Sdac 4.70 problem with unicode text.

I'm from Mongolia. We are using cyriilic character.
I using SQL 2008 server, And Sdac stored procedure.

Before I use Sdac 4.35 no problem with cyrillic character.

When I begin using Sdac 4.70 not working well. Some mongolian character return replaced ? character. Mongolian (Өө,Үү) character replaced by ?.

SQL Server table and storedprocedure field definition is nvarchar.

Whats wrong.
