I possible to deploy application using SDAC & MSSQL Compact Edition 3.51 on Win32 without installation SSCERuntime-ENU-x86.msi. For example by adding DLL into application directory like Firebird embedded.

After copying specified libraries you should call regsvr32 sqlceoledb35.dll.
