SDAC and WXP SP3

Hello all,
I have a tinny application and has been working fine until today, that i made an upgrade from WXP SP2 to SP3. I have not error message, i double click in the icon and the aaplication shows nothing and the an error from OS appears. I will try to get an image and i will share with the forum. My question is, is there something with SP3 that avoids works with SDAC?
