Equivalent of TIB_Column?

Hey all,
Im converting some delphi programs from Interbase to Sql Server 2005 and one of the programs uses TIB_Colums alot. Is there an equivalent of this in the Sql Server data access components? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please describe, for what purposes and in what way do you use this class.
