.Net Framework error installing SDAC

I get the following error when installing AND uninstalling SDAC.

DASetupNet.exe
---------------------------
Can not find .Net Framework SDK
---------------------------
OK   
---------------------------

I never install the .Net Framework in any of my Development PCs. I really don't see why I should just to install SDAC.

Any ideas on how to avoid this error?

Please, specify for what IDE do you want to install SDAC and what is the name of the SDAC installation file you are running.

Sorry, I should have provided this info on the first post.

I use Delphi 7 and the install I tried is sdac450d7.exe
The exe properties display Version 4.50.0.34 for Delphi 7

The error appears just before the "Finished" page appears at the end of the install. The install and uninstall finish dispite the error. And that is the reason I did not post the problem before.

This has been a problem for a while. I'm not sure, but I believe this problem started in the first release of version 4.

Thank you for information. We have reproduced this problem and fixed it. This fix will be included in the next SDAC build. At the moment you should ignore this message.
Note, if you have no .NET Framework installed, you will not be able to use UDT fields.

I installed release 35 and YES this has been fixed.
