Dear support,

On one of our customers servers, we keep on getting the error in the subject when we try to connect. Do you have any suggestions what might be wrong and/or how to fix it?

Please provide more information about your environment:
- exact version of SDAC. You can see it in the About sheet of TMSConnection Editor;
- exact version of your IDE;
- exact version of SQL server and client. You can see it in the Info sheet of TMSConnection Editor.

Also specify the exact version of the installed operating system.
