Web login for ZOHO API v2 has no field for user name

Dialog in Excel add-in v2.0.2.0 shows locale selection dropdown instead of user name/email. Therefore login via API v2 is impossible. See screenshot.
We could not reproduce the issue. We show Zoho login page. This is a page on the Zoho site not ours.
Devart Excel Add-ins use Internet Explorer as an internal browser. Try cleaning the Internet Explorer cache. If it does not help, then open Internet Explorer and login to your Zoho CRM account. Stay logged in and click Web Login for the Zoho CRM connection in Devart Excel Add-in for Zoho CRM. In this case, the authentication step will be skipped and you will be directed to the next step.
