Hubspot - engagement data - error messages

hi
I have been trying for a few days to fetch Engagement data, and am always unsuccessful. The process takes forever, and then I get a error message : System Out of Memory Exception"
I have tried various versions of this data import - sometimes only selecting a tiny selection of fields, and only requesting 10 rows of data, yet no joy. Does anyone else get this to work?
