Salesforce Sandbox login not working

Trying to log into my Salesforce sandbox with the Excel Add-in and getting the incorrect user ID, Password or security token error.
I'm using test.salesforce.com for my host.
I've logged in successfully to several production and developer orgs, but no luck with sandboxes.
What am I doing wrong?
