Where is Salesforce?

I have no datasource for salesforce, only salesforce marketing cloud?! How do I get salesforce data?

(I've tried reinstalling, and even installing an older version)...

Salesforce source can be absent either if you did not select it when installing Excel Add-ins, or if your trial period for Excel Add-in for Salesforce expired. It can also be absent if you install Excel Add-ins version, released after your subscription for Excel Add-in for Salesforce expired.

Please send us the additional configuration information from our add-ins. To get it, perform the following actions:
- Open Excel and click 'About' on the Devart tab in the Help group;
- The "About Devart Excel Add-ins" dialog box will open. Click the "Copy Info" button. Information will be copied to the Clipboard. Send us this information.
