Excel Addin Error - Method Not Found 'System String..

I have installed Excel add for SQL and Saleforce - connections working fine but when I hit Get Data I get the following error Method Not Found 'System String System String Format (System IFormatProvider System String System object
Windows 7 64 bit , Excel 2013 32 bit

We could not reproduce the issue. Please provide the following information:
1. The steps you performed.
2. Is the issue reproduced with some specific table or with any table? If only with some specific table, please send us its DDL and, if possible, DML scripts.
Please also
send us the additional configuration information from our add-ins. To get it, perform the following actions:
- Open Excel and click 'About' on the Devart tab in the Help group;
- The "About Devart Excel Add-ins" dialog box will open. Click the "Copy Info" button. Information will be copied to the Clipboard. Send us this information.
