On 32 bit Excel, upgraded last night from Windows 7 to Windows 10. After upgrade, pressing the Get Data button hangs. Tried reinstall of the add-in, same issue. I have 2 machines that are affected by this.

Please try reinstalling Devart Excel Add-ins in the following way:
1. Uninstall Excel Add-ins;
2. Delete the following keys in the registry if they exist after uninstallation:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Devart\Excel Add-ins
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\Devart.Excel.AddIn
3. Install Excel Add-ins.

Is the issue reproduced after this? If yes, send us the additional configuration information from our add-ins. To get it, perform the following actions:
- Open Excel and click 'About' on the Devart tab in the Help group;
- The "About Devart Excel Add-ins" dialog box will open. Click the "Copy Info" button. The information will be copied to the Clipboard. Send us this information.
