ODBC Drivers with Support for Apple Silicone M1

Hello,

We are thrilled to announce new versions of ODBC drivers for popular database systems with support for the Apple Silicon M1 chip. Now you can connect to more than a dozen databases using our ODBC drivers on the new Macs. The drivers are also compatible with older Macs powered by the x64-86 Intel processors.

What's new:
  • Apple Silicon M1 was supported
  • Compatibility with macOS Big Sur was improved
  • Compatibility with MS Access and MS SSMS was improved in the driver for xBase
  • Support for Out values in Numeric fields in the driver for xBase
  • Work with tables of type dBaseV and dBaseVII with the DBFFormat option set to dfAuto was improved in the driver for xBase
  • Over-the-Wire (OTW) encryption was supported and compatibility with MS SSMS was improved in the driver for InterBase
  • JournalMode = jmDefault option was added in the driver for SQLite
  • Oracle 21c was supported in the driver for Oracle
