Our users haven't reported such an issue so far. We haven't been able to reproduce it in our environment. Please try to reinstall the driver. If possible, try to install it on another physical machine or virtual machine.
Your SHA256 hash is correct. We've successfully installed the driver on a Windows 7 Pro x64 physical machine with 2 Gb RAM and on a Windows Pro x64 virtual machine with 4 Gb RAM. Please try to install the driver on another machine.
