Can't connect to QBO

Post by rgoldman » Wed 24 Jun 2020 01:51

Hello

Trying to add an ODBC connection and I enter my login and 2FA code but then I'm redirected to a page that says this browser is not supported, I assume it's using IE internally somehow, but Chrome is my default. I'm trying to uninstall IE and see if it works after that. Any more ideas?

Thanks

Thank you for the provided information. The described error occurs in the QuickBooks Web authorization form. This form implementation in our driver is based on using the Internet Explorer Engine. Therefore, the issue can be related to the use of this particular browser. Please tell us which version of Internet Explorer is installed on the machine. Can you get authorized with QuickBooks in this browser?

Have you encountered the same issue as the original poster? Please try to authorize using Internet Explorer.
