I have a MS Linked Server established to a third-party app that uses Postgres DB. I can connect to the server/db via Linked server but the returns from a select is super slow.... 23 min returning 800k rows... any ideas?

We are constantly working on the improvement of our product. Thus, the questions related to its performance are of high priority for us. Please provide DDL script to create the table, whose data are loaded in your environment for a long period of time
