Salesforce ODBC Driver - Runs slow / Crashes with criteria

Post by yaquino » Mon 03 Apr 2017 16:26

Hello devart Forum,

I am testing out the devart Salesforce ODBC connector which I prefer but:

(a) it crashes and fails to return results when I add in simple criteria such as IN / NOT IN or takes a very long time (20 minutes for something that takes 2 seconds in Salesforce).

(b) it doesn't seem to allow much for tweaking or provide any transparency on what's going on under the hood - is this properly configured to pull the right number of records per second, etc.?

Does anyone have any workarounds for this?

Thank you for the information. To investigate the problem, please provide the queries samples execution of which in your opinion takes a lot of time. In addition, specify the environment you are using Devart ODBC Driver for Salesforce
