does EntityDAC support C++ Builder 10.3?

EntityDAC supports only IDE CodeGear Delphi and Embarcadero Delphi. Please see the Compatibility page for a detailed list of compatible IDEs and their versions: https://www.devart.com/entitydac/compatibility.html
