Unable to build in XE4

When compiling DacDemo.inc, it errors out on the first line:
{$I IdeVer.inc}
This does not appear to have been installed anywhere.
Commenting out this line leads to another error further on in the build process:
[dcc32 Fatal Error] DemoForm.pas(30): F2051 Unit EntityKey was compiled with a different version of System.Bindings.Expression.IMetaExpression
This error essentially means "I need to recompile this DCU, but couldn't find the PAS file." As there is no source available (BTW isn't this supposed to be a beta? how are we supposed to find bugs for you with no source available?) I was unable to progress beyond this point.
