Timestamp converting to my timezone

Hello

When selecting now() it shows my local time with a -5.
I'd like to see the server time without any conversion.

In the links are the screenshots of the result and my configuration. Server is in UTC and my timezone is UTC-5, I need to see the UTC time without any "-5".
