Launch compare through script

Hello,

I am a new user, and I'd like to know if there is way to use the compare tool only using command line, instead of having to use the GUI.
My company has many databases, so we can not save all db credentials inside the tool, nor can we manually recreate the connexion credientials every time.

"Generate File With Command Line Arguments" It's already in the reference post and don't forget some notes: "Note that the generated file does not contain password information for security purposes. You should edit the file and enter the passwords manually".
