Create Database or Table

Hi, i have just installed "DbForge Studio for PostgreSQL", however i am not able to find any option to create new database or table. Delete option is also not available. is it not allowed or am i missing something.
Currently i am using PgAdmin for database and table creation.

Our most functional product is dbForge Studio for MySQL. There you can create/delete tables, databases, etc...
In dbForge Studio for PostgreSQL, so far, the functionality has been curtailed.

can i connect o PostgreSQL database using "dbForge Studio for MySQL".
