How to report through the command line using Postgresql

I found document using SQL Server, but how to use command line using dbForce Postgresql ?

• report using rdb-files

• import ex. csv

• export ex. xlsx

At the moment, there is no such a possibility. Though, we are planning to implement it in one of the next product versions.
