ERROR: "prepared statement "PRSTMT..." does not exit"

Post by timbeach » Mon 26 Feb 2018 01:55

I'm getting this ERROR:
"prepared statement "PRSTMT..." does not exit"

I found another thread from 2010 or 2011 referencing the error, but this seems different.

My database connections test as okay, but then when I try to do the comparison, I get that error.

I'm using the current version of dbForge for PostgreSQL and my database servers are running postgres 9.3.

Pls help!

Thanks,
Tim Beach

You could try creating empty databases and compare with each other. Is the error still present?

Also, please let us know what server versions you are using and perform the following:
1. Select 'Tools -> Options...' from the main menu. The 'Options' window opens.
2. Navigate to the 'Environment -> Output' branch.
3. Select the 'Write queries sent by the program to the SQL Log' and 'Log application errors' options.
4. Unselect the 'Delete application log after closing' option. Click 'OK'.
5. Reproduce the error and send us the *.log file with the latest date from the directory:
%SystemDrive%\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Devart\dbForge Data Compare for PostgreSQL\

Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce this issue.

Could you please provide us the CREATE definitions for the Source and Target tables?
