problem of ODAC pro 6 direct access oracle 9i

i buy a single licence of odac pro6 several days ago. i download the soft and install, but i cann't use "ORASESSION.OPTION.DIRECT" set to TRUE to connect to oracle 9i. prompt me "access vialation".

We could not reproduce the problem. Please provide the Pascal code that results in access violation.

i use "odacdemo" sample code and check "direct", then prompt me access vialation. my developping tools is "delphi 5", is its version too low to cause the problem?

Please specify the version of Delphi or CBuilder you use.

I am using "Delphi 5.0". can you send me a last version of odac 5.8? i want to try the problem is same in that version.

Please, try to create a new project and test connecting of TOraSession in Direct mode (the Direct property is set to True) at runtime. Try to connect TOraSession in design time. Please specify whether you have ODAC for C++Builder 5 installed.

i havn't installed ODAC for C++ Builder 5. cann't connect to oracle 9i in design time, show the same message.

Please try to install the new build of ODAC (6.00.0.5) with the force key (odac600cb5pro.exe /force).
