Server 2003 Service Pack 1 Breaks ODAC in Delphi 7 IDE

Hello,
I am licensed user of CR-LAB components (ODAC/SDAC/MYDAC), my developer license number is 02953 for ODAC.
DCLODAC70.BPL breaks Delphi 7 when starting up...it gives an access violation.
[This also happens with the latest version released just a few days ago]
When I remove this package, Delphi 7 starts normally.
This started happening only after installing Server 2003 Service Pack 1.
When I remove this package, it works fine again.
1) Does this effect running programs created with your components also?
2) When can you get a fix ready for this?
